Plates, developed by Toms, is a workout log built to keep that reference intact. A session starts from scratch or from a saved template that quietly carries over the weight from last time, and sets get logged in a couple of taps through a plate keyboard that converts whatever is actually loaded on the bar. The interface feels native and extremely intuitive, with custom keyboards for plates and effort, a Live Activity that keeps the rest timer always visible. Once a session is done, Plates turns it into a muscle heatmap and trend charts for volume, best weight, and effort.
